All Finger

If you have tried to build one of those PVC pipe contraptions–as we have, but also as we did–found it to be a pain to use. Or if you have tried commercial trays that don’t hang flat, or do not fit your particular finger style, then you should have a look at the new TxTrays from RCA Models.com.
The feature that makes it possible for RCA Models to offer these trays in designs to fit all finger styles are the wings on each side of the tray. I like to refer to them as Low Wing, High Wing, and No Wing. The Low Wing model is seen at the top of this page, but it is difficult to distinguish between the Low Wing and the High Wing without seeing them in side view and in actual use. We do that on the next page. But first let’s have a look at how these unusual trays are made.
They are very light weight, comfortable, and made of acrylic in a variety of translucent colors, red, blue orange, yellow, and bronze. They come complete with a padded neck strap, but if you prefer a fully adjustable harness as shown at right, it is available as an option. The full harness is often preferred by glider pilots whose long flights can be tiring.

The rods which are attached by bolts come with plastic washers to protect the acrylic.
